Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days  of customer receiving product(s). All products are made to order so please allow 3-10 business days depending on product type. All jewelry is eligible for replacement pieces up to 60 days after receiving product(s). If your piece should break within that allotted time please contact us by sending filling out the contact form stating the nature of your issue.

Shipping Policy

ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. Please allow 3-10 business days for processing time dependent on product type. Once the order is ready to ship the customer will be contacted via email with a tracking number. All orders ship through USPS for a current flat rate fee of $4.00 to US RESIDENTS ONLY. Shipping charges will be adjusted for international buyers as orders are received. International buyers will be contacted by email with an updated shipping total.
